An homage to St. Therese de Lisieux, in gratitude for novenas heard and answered.
Spring Tonic.
Gandalf, my wabbit-hunting beast of the moors, inspects Spring Tonic. I've decided to display it on the wall, instead of on my bed, just to be on the safe side.

Gorgeous quilts!!!!
ReplyDeleteWell done, Rose!!
Love ya!!
My friend diercted me over to your site to check out your quilts. I especially enjoy the pink one, it's beautiful! May I ask: did you quilt it by hand, or by machine? And I can't tell in the photo, is the whole thing quilted, or just the white squares? I've done some quilting, too, you can see pictures here (http://ca.blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-jfw1BuA8er9CiSaqCnNC_14LD0hs?tag=quilt) Have a lovely Sunday! Amanda
ReplyDeleteIt is machine quilted. I stipple-quilted the fuschia and light pink squares and stayed out of the rose print squares. I might go back and stitch in the ditch around the roses to make them pop a little more.
ReplyDeleteYour quilts are beautiful, Amanda. Thanks for stopping by!
