Many moons ago, I was a Public Health Nurse. Part of my workload included contact tracing of sexually transmitted diseases. I encountered many "interesting" cases in that line of work.

None were as interesting as this particular STD cluster in a retirement community in Florida. (Where else?)

Bluebird after the rain 

Most definitely, an Eastern Bluebird! This is an auspicious day. 

SQUEEEEEEE!!! I just saw a bluebird! This is the first time I've ever seen one in real life! 

I've never wanted a tattoo ..

.. but in a few decades' time, I might get one like the one that retired nurse Mary Wohlford has.
